Avallone Appoints Nino Pavesi as Chief Revenue Officer

Avallone, a global leader in enterprise KYC technology and services, today announced the appointment of Nino Pavesi as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), as the company continues to scale across new markets and deepen its commercial impact worldwide.

A seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in banking, payments, and treasury technology, Pavesi joins Avallone from Fides Treasury Services, where he held multiple senior roles in the last decade - including Head of Strategic Partnerships and Client Relationship/Sales Manager. At Fides, he played a central role in shaping and expanding the company’s global partner ecosystem and North American client base including key customers in Europe and the DACH area. While driving strategic growth and leading complex implementations for some of the world’s largest corporations.

At Avallone, Pavesi will lead all commercial functions, and his mission is to accelerate the adoption of Avallone’s KYC product suite - which includes the KYC Responder, KYC Collector, and KYC Hub - while enhancing revenue operations and expanding value delivery across the company’s rapidly growing customer base.

Prior to his time at Fides, Pavesi spent twelve years at UBS, where he held leadership roles in project management, client services, and securities operations. Pavesi is fluent in both English and German, with German being a key asset to cover the DACH Region in its native language. Pavesi holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Banking and Finance from ZHAW School of Management and Law, a Certificate in Management and Sales from Kalaidos University, and a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Leadership from Fernfachhochschule Schweiz.
