Nino Pavesi

Nino Pavesi is the Chief Revenue Officer at Avallone, where he leads all global commercial functions and drives the adoption of Avallone’s enterprise KYC product suite across corporations worldwide. With more than two decades of experience in banking, payments, and treasury technology, he is recognized for his ability to translate complex regulatory and operational needs into clear commercial strategy and customer value.

Before joining Avallone, Nino spent over ten years at Fides Treasury Services in senior commercial and partnership roles. He was instrumental in shaping the company’s global partner ecosystem and expanding its footprint in North America, Europe, and the DACH region. His work included guiding strategic growth initiatives and leading complex implementations for global corporations.

Prior to Fides, Nino spent twelve years at UBS in leadership positions across project management, client services, and securities operations. His combination of domain expertise, international experience, and a strong track record in relationship building positions him as a leading voice in the evolution of corporate KYC and financial technology. He is fluent in English and German, which enables him to support the DACH market in its native language.

Nino holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Banking and Finance from ZHAW School of Management and Law, a Certificate in Management and Sales from Kalaidos University, and a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Leadership from Fernfachhochschule Schweiz.
